How do I make a booking?
Click on the Bookings button on the top right of any page on our website to make a booking. Any problems or queries, please give our office a call during business hours on (03) 9735 4577.
What time is check in & check out?
Check in is 2.00pm and Check out is 10.00am unless prior arrangement has been made.
What happens if I arrive after office hours?
Please advise in advance. When you arrive call our after hours number on 0419 344 325.
Can I specify a particular cabin or site?
Yes subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds are only given if the booking cancellation is made 7 days prior to check in. A Cancellation fee of $25 applies.
Do you have a dump point?
Yes, plus a RV Gravity Feed facility.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, please see our Pet Policy. For more details visit our Park Info Page.
Do you have permanent accommodation?
At this time there is a waiting list of applicants. If you would like to fill out an application form, please go to the Accommodation section on our Website. Under the Accommodation section, there is a pdf copy of the Application Form you can print.
Do you have sites for big rigs?
Yes including Drive Through Sites.
Do you accept credit cards & eftpos?
Yes. Mastercard, Visa & American Express.
Do you have a fire pit?
Yes, we have 2 communal fire pits, 1 at each end of our park.
Do you have free wifi?
Yes but subject to a current upgrade.
Do you have a camp kitchen?
Yes we have 2, 1 at each end of our park, providing all the facilities needed for your comfort.
